IS THERE A MAP OF THE VINEYARDS? 
HOW DO I BOOK A WINE TOUR?

Yes, complimentary maps are available from Concierge at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley and you can also book wine tours through Concierge included in your welcome pack.

CAN I HAVE A LATE CHECK OUT AND/OR 
EARLY CHECK IN?

Late checkouts and early check-ins are subject to availability, please contact Reception at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley before or during your stay. Additional charges may apply.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO HAVE ANY TEMPORARY STRUCTURES ON THE PROPERTY?

We do not allow temporary structures (eg camping, sun structures, inflatable pools) to be set up on estate grounds.

CAN I HOST AN EVENT DURING MY STAY?

No large parties or events can be hosted without seeking prior approval from Glenmore Country Estate.

HOW MANY CAR SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE 
AT THE PROPERTY?

There are no allocated car parks at Glenmore Country Estate, however, there is plenty of space on the lawn in front of the property to park. 
Vehicles are parked at owners risk. Glenmore Country Estate accepts no responsibility for vehicles and their contents.

IS THERE ACCESS TO ADDITIONAL FACILITIES?

Yes, you will have complimentary access to Crowne Plaza Hunter 
Valley facilities which include the following:
Swimming Pool: The Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley swimming pool is open daily from 7am until 9pm and is solar heated to approximately 27 degrees.
Gym: The gym is located on the ground floor of the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley, next to Ubika Spa 
and near the swimming pool. 
The Gym is open 24 hours.

HOW MUCH IS GOLF AND WHERE IS IT LOCATED?

An 18 hole golf course and well-equipped pro shop is located in the grounds of the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley.

WHAT CAN THE KIDS DO IN THE GLENMORE COUNTRY ESTATE AND 
IN THE HUNTER VALLEY?

There are plenty of activities and facilities for the kids 
at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley including a pool, sports courts, carousel and kids train. 
We also have a dedicated kids club. Concierge at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley can advise on child-friendly activities available across the region.

HOW DO I BOOK MY CHILD INTO KIDS CLUB AND ARE BABYSITTING SERVICES AVAILABLE?

To book your Kids Club session, please email kidsclub.hunter@ihg.com. Babysitting can be arranged by contacting Concierge at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley.

CAN I HAVE LUGGAGE STORED FOR THE DAY?

Yes, please contact Concierge at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley on (02) 4991 0000 during your stay to arrange collection and storage at no cost.

WHAT TIME DOES RECEPTION CLOSE?

For your convenience, the reception at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley 
is open 24 hours a day.

HOW DO I GET TO THE AIRPORT?

There is an airport shuttle service available which will pick you up at the resort, taxis are also available. 
Concierge can arrange these services for you and can be contacted on on (02) 4991 0000.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

No pets are permitted to stay at Glenmore Country Estate.

IS THERE CCTV ON GROUNDS?

There are CCTV cameras on the external grounds of Glenmore Country Estate.

IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN GET ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN SOMETHING?

There is a boutique at the entrance of Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley where you can purchase chemist products, local Hunter Valley produce, gifts, clothing and much more.

CAN I BOOK MY IHG REWARDS NIGHT WITH THE GLENMORE COUNTRY ESTATE DIRECTLY?

Your stay at Glenmore Country Estate is eligible for IHG Rewards Club points when you book directly with us. 
On check in please provide your membership number and your points will be deposited manually within 10 days of your stay. 
Please note: reward night stays are not available at Glenmore Country Estate.

WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY FOR ACCOMMODATION?

All reservations are fully pre paid at time of booking. 

IS THE HOUSE SERVICED DAILY?

The house at Glenmore is not serviced daily, only before and after your arrival and departure. 
However, if you would like a more regular service, this can be arranged with the front office staff. This will incur an additional cost.

CAN ADDITIONAL BEDS BE PROVIDED?

Yes, additional rollaway beds can be provided at an additional fee of $65 per bed, per night.

CAN A PORTA COT BE PROVIDED?

Yes, a complimentary porta cot can be provided during your stay. 

WHERE DO I COLLECT THE KEYS FOR MY STAY?

Keys can be collected from Main Reception of Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley, 430 Wine Country Drive, Lovedale Reception is available 24 hours a day, 
7 days a week and the keys can be collected after 3pm on the day of your stay.

WHAT IS AVAILABLE FOR USE IN THE KITCHEN?

The fully stocked kitchen includes the following for your use during your stay: dishwasher, oven, steaming oven, microwave, hot plates, saucepans, frypans, casserole dishes, 
cutlery setting/plates/bowls/mugs/glasses for a set of 12, all standard kitchen utensils and knives, coffee pod machine, coffee plunger, toaster, kettle,
 sandwich maker, blender and chopping boards.

IS THERE A BBQ AVAILABLE?

Yes, there is a gas BBQ available for use during your stay.

DO YOU OFFER FREE WI-FI?

WiFi is not available in Glenmore Country Estate.
